Do I need to visit court myself?

Some matters may still require your presence or signature at specific stages — we'll tell you upfront if that applies to your case.
Is this an official government scheme?

What if my challan was wrongly issued?
If your challan involves the wrong vehicle, a vehicle you've already sold, a duplicate entry, or an incorrect violation code, we can help you formally dispute it with the Transport Department and, if required, contest it in court — this is separate from a Lok Adalat settlement.
