Why There Is No Shortcut Around a Valid Challan
Odisha's e-challan system under the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988 (as amended) is designed to be tamper-proof — challans are issued through cameras, enforcement apps, or interceptor vehicles and recorded centrally on the Parivahan platform.
